Sheer Genius: Knight consolidates Wrestling’s barren lands to create a small Empire

.Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah. Not exactly the states that you think of when it comes to Pro Wrestling hot spots. But over the course of the last 10 years, Sheer Wrestling League’s owner Trenton Knight has patiently built a small empire.

With a combination of respected veterans and exciting youngster, Knight gave fans a great show each week…building Sheer’s fan base steadily.And when Knight got the idea of run periodic Pay Per View events out of a hotel/casino in Las Vegas…the league’s stock went up.

Last month, Knight announced a bi-monthly television deal with the FOX Network. Similar to WWF’s Saturday Night’s Main Event from the past, Knight and Fox will work together to televise the 2 hour The Saturday Night Special every other month.

Knight: The Saturday Night Special brings our brand of Pro Wrestling to fans all across the nation, on a national TV network. Coupled with our 2 ½ hour PPVs on alternating months, this is another great way to get Sheer Wrestling League in front of the general public!

When asked how he can handle the addition of more TV Production, Knight reminded us about the addition of Carl Apter as his General Manager.“Carl will write television, handle the talent and oversee all day-to-day operations. My team and I will continue to handle marketing and back channel operations. Adding Carl to the team will only help Sheer Wrestling expand faster and farther.”

In closing, Knight added that new/more talent was expect to join SWL as older talent moves into semi-retirement.
